STEP 1 – Apply:
Submit an application at the Prince William County Office of Elections website: https://www.pwcvotes.org/electionofficer
STEP 2 – Notify the PWCGOP:
After you have completed your application with the Prince William County Office of Elections, please email us at electionintegrity@pwcgop.gop with your name, phone number, and address.
The Chairman will inform the Electoral Board which applicants are approved to represent the Republican Party.
Election officers receive training from the Office of Elections.
If you cannot work a full day as an election officer, consider volunteering as a Poll Watcher (Authorized Representative) at an Early Voting location or Election Day precinct. Poll Watchers observe the voting process and report issues to the Chief Election Officer. Unresolved problems should be called into the party hotline.
Poll Watchers must receive 1-2 hours of poll watcher training with the Republican Party of Virginia (GOP). Registration links below.
