Prince William County and Manassas Park Republican Committee would like to express their appreciation to the Virginia Supreme Court for their decision striking down the Constitutionally illegal redistricting power grab that the new Democratic administration attempted to foist upon us. This decision affirms that the Commonwealth of Virginia remains bound to the law and that its supreme law, the Constitution of Virginia, is not mere words.
Instead of focusing on real problems facing Virginia, the new administration of Governor Spanberger’s first act was to waste time and millions of dollars futilely creating chaos and confusion, on behalf of the Democratic Party. It is time for the Democrats to collaborate with Republicans in Virginia to make life better for the state’s citizens. That does not include Governor Spanberger claiming credit for new businesses brought to Virginia by Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin.
