Please Vote Unanimously for a Statewide Risk Limiting Audit of the November 5, 2024 General Election of the US Senate races And

Use the Batch Comparison Method to conduct the audit.

This is the only way (some) paper ballots will be hand counted to confirm the election results and verify voting machine results.

This accomplishes Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order #35 (pg.3, #3c): “ Triple Check of Election Result Accuracy”post-election audit, prior to certification. (VA Code 24.2-617)

This should not be a bipartisan issue…. this should be done so all voters have confidence and assurance of the accuracy of this important election. So that’s why we may want to ask them to vote unanimously to have the statewide RLA for the US Senate race this year.

To the surprise and disappointment of many, the General Assembly oddly inserted a line into the budget to prohibit an audit of this year’s Presidential race So, We are counting on/ appealing to you, the VA State Board of Elections to vote yes, to have a statewide risk limiting audit of the United States Senate race/ for this year’s November 5,2024 election and to use the Batch Comparison Method to conduct the audit.

So, we are counting on/ appealing to you, the VA State Board of Elections to unanimously vote yes, to have a statewide risk limiting audit of the United States Senate race/ for this year’s November 5,2024 election and to use the Batch Comparison Method to conduct the audit. Otherwise, there will be no post election verification or accountability of this very important 2024 General Election.

The citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia expect and deserve transparent, fair and accurate elections. Doing this statewide risk limiting audit of the US Senate race ( using the Batch Comparison Method) will provide Voters confidence in the integrity of Virginia’s Elections!
