25 years ago, on 9/11/2001, the nation united in the face of an unprecedented act of terrorism committed by vicious Islamic radicals. Yet only a few years ago a member of the U.S. Congress casually described that day as “some people did something.” Young people on social media are now agreeing with Osama bin Laden’s declaration given after the terrorist attack. For the sake of the 3000 people who died that day, let us teach our children about the evil that was committed that day.
