The Prince William County Republican Committee was at the PWC Juneteenth event. A crowd of well over 1000 turned out for the music and food, and to celebrate the day that commemorates when America started to live up to its ideal that “all men are created equal”. There was substantial interest in our gubernatorial candidate Winsome Sears, a proud and accomplished African-American immigrant, entrepreneur, and U.S. Marine Corp veteran. Many expressed support for her no car tax pledge. Our tent was at the entrance to the music pavilion. The campaigns of Winsome Sears and our current Republican Attorney General Jason Miyares, who is running for reelection against a radical Democratic candidate, were there happily interacting with the crowd. The Prince William County Republican Committee is a diverse and active organization, representative of all communities in Prince William County.
